Busy little shop but outside area is not clean..it was a lovely sunny day but no one came out to wipe the tables,chairs were all wet from yesterday and should have been wiped dry.

I wanted something to eat after a bit of shopping and before I went to work. The fridge wasn't working and empty, so I reluctantly chose something sweet & fattening and paid. When I got to the other e
