Three weeks in a row the Instacart drivers they use to deliver their online orders have been sent to the wrong address by some glitch in their system even though my correct address is on all invoices

Placed an order online today for delivery. Total 163.18. Order delivered by Instacart to someone else who notified store. Now I have to wait up to 10 business days to get refund. No delivery, no food
