This cemetery is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen. Weeds & dandelions covering flat gravestones. Is this the way our vets & loved ones are taken care of after death?

This was the first since I moved out of state that I had the opportunity to visit my family's final resting place. I was appalled at the condition of the cemetery. The grass did not appear to be cut..
