On a rising stretch of Cebu’s south coast, NUSTAR Resort & Casino is part city hotel, part island escape, and part integrated pleasure palace, with far-ranging views, lively interiors, and plenty of space to properly unwind. And NUSTAR Hotel is one of two lodging options within the resort — it’s the younger, hipper counterpart to the formal five-star Fili hotel. That’s not to say it’s lacking in comforts, by any means.
