2/5 -- Great Selection, Poor Care and Customer Experience First off, this pet store does have the most extensive selection of pet products and animals in the East Liberty/Highland Park/Shadyside/Bloom

They sold us a feral cat and refused to take it back. So we are stuck with an animal that refuses to come out. I would recommend not adopting through them.
