At Ceremonia Bakeshop, you can grab a coffee, and a cinnamon roll that seems to have evolved from a Krispy Kreme glazed donut—in a good way. Their mochi donuts have a cult following in Williamsburg, and Ceremonia's cookies are good too. But our favorite thing here isn't a baked good at all. It’s the chorizo breakfast burrito—saucy and swaddled in a flour tortilla with soft eggs, chunks of potato, and enough cheese to guarantee a cheese pull every single time. They only have a couple of induction burners, so you should expect a bit of a wait. Grab a stool outside in between some people in pajamas, and a run club who have hacked the post-10k treat.
