I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment at PetSmart, and once again the experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived on time only to be told that the employee scheduled for my appointment had called out. N

Quick and helpful staff. My pup got exactly what I brought her in for. Very happy with the care and quality of cut.
