NSFit started in 1996, formerly known as Iron Club. Over the past 24 years, NSFit has transformed from a 6000 sq ft facility to 6 locations across Northern California. Each location offers something different to meet the needs of our community. We offer cutting-edge group exercise classes, high-quality one-on-one personal training, child care services, pools, basketball, racquetball, online services, competitive events, and much more.
