If I could give this 0 stars I would! I don't understand why the city would spend 20 million dollars on the white parking structure on Mayne St 16337 on bellflower Blvd if the city isn't going to use

Thankfully the traffic through here wasn't super bad on a holiday evening on my way home from the LA area. Caught sight of a beautiful mural dedicated to the city of Bellflower under the 91 overpass.
