Fast ordering and perfunctory staff customer service BUT the biggest downside is that the food looked NOTHING like the menu. I ordered the chicken teriyaki salad. How could they stuff it up so badly?

The manager at 321 Clementi gave bad service when asked an outstanding soup. The restaurant is not over crowded hence bad service may be one of the reason.

Very terrible service at Jack's Place Compass One. I have to ask four different people four times before finally being served my coffee and ice cream.
