Nice hotel, but they strung us along for about 2 hours before changing our reservation, putting us into a lesser room, and not refunding any of the price difference.

One of our best hotel experiences yet. I travel often for work, and this Hyatt is a standout. I expect all Hyatts to be clean and have comfortable beds. No problem there. We were upgraded to a suite w
