The Edmonton Valley Zoo is a zoo located in Edmonton, Alberta's river valley. The Edmonton Valley Zoo is owned and operated by the City of Edmonton and is open 364 days a year, closing only on Christmas. The zoo is currently accredited by Canada's Accredited Zoos and Aquariums and is one of three accredited zoos in Alberta.

Horrid zoo, incredible horrible experience. Will never return. To see how the animals are kept is so sad. Poor Lucy the elephant has been kept alone for nearly 50 years with no remorse from the zoo. D
Terrible place, there was nothing to see. Most cages were empty. We would not recommend going there if you plan on seeing animals.
Wonderful Small Zoo. Great for Families. Easy access. Lots of Parking Free Little Train for the Kids Everyone had a Great Time
