The Streets at Southpoint is a shopping mall located in Durham, North Carolina, in the United States. It is located at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Fayetteville Road. After much anticipation, the Streets at Southpoint opened on March 8, 2002 and received 1 million visitors every month in its opening year. It is owned and managed by General Growth Properties and was developed by Urban Retail Properties.
