Food is good but service is horrible. Had to ask for silverware AFTER our order arrived. Coffee was warm and never was asked if I needed to refill. Waitress never came over to check on us

I've been to this Red Robin several times now, and it's always been a solid spot to enjoy a good hamburger, fries, and a root beer float. This visit was for lunch, and I went with the Royal Red Robin

Great experience! The hostess was awesome, our server Eric was great, manager came by to check on us as well. Outstanding service, food was delicious, recommendations from the server were phenomenal.
