Zumiez is located in the Arrowhead Towne Center shopping plaza. I was not familiar with this store so decided to go in. Lots of graphic T-shirts, backpacks, jewelry and bags. The music was blasting so

Staff was helpful and friendly. The store itself is well stocked. There's a lot of stuff in it.

The store is a mess. Cashier was not knowledgeable. Customer service is terrible. Very rude.
