The Brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouses in Miami aren’t great. We’re certain of this because we ranked them all. But if you drive up to Fort Lauderdale, you’ll find Lasso Gaucho: a rodizio with juicy cuts of picanha, an attentive staff, and an impressive salad bar. The restaurant, with its giant portraits of men riding horses and a televised fireplace, is a fitting spot to celebrate dad’s birthday, or gather a group of execs for a corporate dinner. Practice restraint at the salad bar so you have room for the most important thing here: picanha sprinkled with chunks of salt that glisten like jewels. In terms of sides, prioritize the feijoada and luscious mashed potatoes—and then say yes to beef ribs, top sirloin, and fillet mignon for the next 45 minutes. You can skip the bacon-wrapped chicken and sausage in favor of seconds and thirds of every part of the cow. It's not over when you flip your token to the red side that says, “No, thank you.” Dessert is included in the $64 experience. They make a molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream that tastes awfully similar to the one from Chili's. And that’s not an insult.
