Update on my original post.. the business owner knows why I changed my review down to 3 stars. After a year of not eating there after leaving my 4 star review. He wants to comment a year later.

Everything was excellent, much better than expected from fast food pasta. It's a niche that's not easy to find in quick tasty food. Please bring to the Shreveport- Bossier area. ASAP! Thanks
