Welcome to our Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy Clinic in Garden City, NY. We're located off Stewart Avenue. There is a small sign at the entrance that says, 645 Stewart Avenue. Our building is behind McDonalds. Plenty of parking is available at the clinic. This clinic is the home of our Athletic Performance Center (PAPC), a 20,000 square foot state-of -the-art indoor facility, equipped with turf field, 55-meter track, multipurpose court, and Olympic weight room.
