The Concord campus is located on the fourth floor of a professional building. The sixth and eighth floors are held exclusively for the BSN program. A few steps away across the street, the campus houses the medical assistant program at a campus extension. The campus houses classrooms, a patient-care lab, a medical assistant/phlebotomy lab, an RT X-ray lab, a computer lab, and a library with Internet access.
