This a good studio for beginners. The Signature "Hot" Yoga is lukewarm at best, which was such a let-down because I was told that it gets up to 105 degrees...it barely reached 80. While the instructor

so happy to have found my new favorite yoga studio! after trying molly's sculpt & flow class, i was hooked. love the community here and all of the instructors.
