Consistency and customer service are not the mission of this dealership. My suggestion would be that you record your phone calls and ask for everything in writing when going here or you will be taken

I sent my parents (in their 70's) to Landmark because I knew the sales manager and thought he would take care of them, I was wrong. He KNEW they were desperate for a car and he took advantage of that.

Super service, great team of people working out here! Soda machine and popcorn while waiting is also nice.
