Was prompted to login and select our car but no car available. Waiting over an hour in the line at the desk. Seems like a flawed process.

I don't know if I'd recommend this option for people who cannot take risks (you have an appointment, you've got children with you, etc.) because of all the earlier reviews which stated their over sell
