Even known they had closed, they still gave me some tap water which I found very thoughtful.

We received a drink that tasted flat and the syrup was not very strong, so we returned the drink to be told nothing was wrong by the manager, was given a ‘fresh’ drink but it was clearly the same one.

Lovely setting for a pub with some really lovely staff. However the actual pub is looking somewhat scruffy. All the chairs are flaking leaving mess on our clothes the floor is patchy with some trip ha
