On 3/6 I scheduled an appointment for my Samsung Galaxy S10e battery replacement on 3/7 at 10:00 at the Cypress service center. I arrived at 10:00 on 3/7 but the Cypress service center was not open. B

Never would answer their phones. Finally got someone to answer, they said yes we have the part u need, took off work and went there just to be told"no we don't have that part"
