Customer service is rough. I've banked with Chase for over 15 years and they wouldn't cash a large check for me... after the told me they would...After I waited 2 weeks for them to order cash... they

The wait is usualy 5 mins or so, but I looked on Yelp for hours and drove down to Bank only to find Yelp hours wrong. The hours on Saturday is until 2 pm not 4 pm. The Yelp hours are wrong.
