Horrible experience! Dr.Smith wasn't even in the room 10 mins. I was still asking questions about a possible thyroid surgery and he was walking towards the door. He didn't order any pre surgery bloodw

The doctor harmed me. He did not help me in any way but he did bodily harm. I advise seeking help elsewhere.

Great doctors and PA's that care and listen, Nurses were very kind and thorough. Overall a great ENT practice
