Went to Dr. Wintman for second opinion on a complicated wrist surgery. Before my appointment I sent previous exams, x-rays and a CT scans. It appeared Dr. Whitman had not looked at them. I was greeted

Surgery. Dr. Whitman fixed my right hand 2 1/2 years ago and did a great job. He is going to fix my left hand next month. I have not had any issues with accepting my insurance or pre-charging me.
