On weekdays, Living Waters Brewing is primarily a coffee shop filled with people clicking away on laptops, talking to invisible co-workers through AirPods, and sipping incredible Ethiopian and Columbian roasts. But after work, it’s all about trop-hop IPAS or a sour beer that tastes like blueberry muffins. They also have some really interesting barrel-aged stouts that they released for their fifth anniversary.
