I have done the thermal walk 6 times over the past 20 years, but this visit we wasn’t able to due to our elderly visitors. So I took them out here to have some Lunch at the cafe and look at the views.

This is a wonderful hidden gem in New Zealand's north island. A must-see activity / attraction. Amazing scenery. Suitable walk for all ages.

What an amazing place to visit, a bit of a drive from our accommodation in Rotorua but most definitely well worth the journey. The landscape and geothermal wonders were awe striking. Will visit again.
