I’m sure Brennecke’s has plenty of reviews as it is a classic in Poipu. Nonetheless we come here every time we are in Kauai. One to see the turtles or monk seals ashore and two to grab a Puka dog. Re.

Festooned with college pennants and baseball caps, Brennecke's is a boisterous, noisy restaurant overlooking Po'ipu Beach Park. Bookings for dinner are advised. The meals are not exceptional but tast.
