Urgent Care ExpressMed at University Health Luckey Ranch provides walk-in care on San Antonio’s far west side for minor illnesses and injuries. We treat ear infections, cold and flu symptoms, sprains, minor cuts, rashes, stomach pain and urinary tract infections. Services include COVID-19 testing, allergy and asthma care. Open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. near Loop 1604 and Highway 90. Most insurance is accepted.
