Got a raw chicken schnitzel when complained the manager was rude about it ! Poor customer service trying to not replace the food had to remind her of consumer rights they have a lot to learn

Great casual hotel. Excellent value meals with salad and vegetable bar. Nice dining area. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Worst possible experience at a pub for lunch. 13 people ordered drinks at the bar and only 1 person got their lunch within 20 mins of seating. 45 mins later we queried and was told sorry we're on in..
