Do to planned construction, Torrey Pines Reserve including the trails, park road, visitor center and upper parking lots are closed until March 2026. The beach is open with parking available at the North or South Beach lots. When open: Hiking accessed from the South Beach parking lot. Dogs and all pets prohibited. Picnics allowed at the beach only (no food in the Nature Reserve).
