Breakfast was included and great, good selection and great friendly staff.

Convenient location for visiting family in the local area. Rooms were nicely decorated and felt very clean.Stairwell upto the room could do with redecoration and it is noisy until the pub closes.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staffNoisy party downstairs but it ended at midnight :-) followed by a snowball fight outside - not the fault of the property!
