This Taco bell should be considered a 0 or even negative. The service is beyond horrendous. Everytime I been here i've waited 30+ min. They barely speak english. The building is also a hazard itself.

Diet Pepsi tasted moldy. Left a seriously bad taste in my mouth. Probably time to have the lines looked at and cleaned. Or maybe a visit from the health department could help.
