Wonderful staff who really care about the animals in their charge. Some of the younger employees struggle with talking on the phone, but are great in person.

Dirty, unresponsive and fail to effectively communicate. They promised pictures of the pup at playtime, did not happen. Promised updates, did not happen. He was placed in a dimly Lit kennel and left a
