I began Pilates after experiencing sciatica pain when an orthopedic doctor recommended therapeutic Pilates. I've now been a member of Club Pilates for 9 years, and it's my favorite whole-body workout.

Love the atmosphere, amazing teachers and staff and it's a wonderful workout! I'm so grateful I found Club Pilates!
