I'm always hesitant to leave a poor review for a company- especially because I know that the individuals that perform the work are often not the ones causing the problems, but I feel like it's my duty

Unreliable. Untrustworthy. And has terrible customer service. I would give less than one star if I could. My air conditioner was not working and my home warranty company contacted Savings to do the re
