I can see why they're closing down. The customer service is the worse! The store overpriced for the quality and styles you're getting.

I've always avoided Francesca locations because the employees can be somewhat off stand-ish and not helpful. However, this is the only location I've enjoyed going back to! They are always welcoming. O
