Calling this place a dump is an insult to dumps. No hand towels, soap, but they have bugs and dirty stuff everywhere. The door is too small. all night there were sirens and motorcycle gangs. AVOID AT

I booked this hotel through Expedia. When I went to check in, they said there were no rooms available. They had overbooked, and I could talk to Expedia about it. Expedia does not talk to anybody. ...

I didn't believe it could be this bad. I figured I got what I paid for. But when the people in other rooms started smoking weed or cigarettes, everytime the smell spread to my room, and not a little.
