Weird stuff splattered on the inside of wrapper that looked like blood didn't see it at first but then I looked down and seen spots that looked like blood not sure what it is

Was never issued my refund from February 9th, called the location and they sent me to a number that "deals with this situation" called them made a report and yet have not gotten my refund or a respons
