Don't bother visiting the Bagel Factory at Waterloo Station - it is closed for renovation! Pity they don't mention this on their website or bother to tell Google. A wasted journey.

The staff attitude is awful. Bagel is ok for a grab to go lunch although it tastes not fresh. I will never go there or order online again. Avoid.
