All of the employees are efficient, friendly, and professional. I stood in line, on a Friday morning/afternoon, and just listened to customers whining and complaining...about going to the Supercenter.

Overall, it was a really good experience. Everything was well organized, the staff were polite, friendly, and positive, and the process went smoothly without any unnecessary waiting.
