I was helped right as i walked in the store and they replaced a charm bracelet i had bought recently that had broken. The manager was very friendly and answered all my questions/ concerns.

I hate leaving bad reviews so I need to be extremely underwhelmed to leave one. This Pandora store is the worst I've been to. I went to this store on 6/3/24 to buy the Lion King ring for my daughter.
