We stumbled across this place in a lovely, narrow alley in Hoi An old city. Very local, excellent food with amazingly cheap prices, taking into account it's location. Highly recommend.

Cao Lau Khong Gian Xanh keeps things simple with a small menu of noodle and rice dishes. We stopped by for the cao lầu, and it was solid. The char siu–style pork was tasty, the noodles had a nice bite
