Located in an historic building, the museum offers a wide selection of artifacts from South and Central America. Of particular interest are the fabrics (located in the basement/lower level gallery) ..
This museum is poorly organized and too dark to read explanatory notes. I understand that low light is essential for preserving artefacts, but similar museums in Peru and Guatemala have solved this p.
