Today as a Primo's member was highly disappointed with the quality of the "primos" standards for the Italian sandwich I ordered and received. It was made with little meat and cheese and heavy lettuce.

First, this is NOT the same Primo's from before 2020! It was much better then. Same location but much different. My order was ready on time but incomplete. I had sides on my order as I ordered online

The food quality is excellent. The taste brings me back to the old days when my grandmother would make us lunch using her homemade bread and salted or aged meats witj local cheese. Great Hoagies. I th
