I've been going here for years, the drinks are consistently good! I've never had bad/old boba. My favorite drink is the Earl Grey Milk Tea with the 3Js.

Ordered a Thai milk tea with Boba and was perfect. Can customize your order with sweetness and ice levels. Great spot to sit and grab drinks with friends and family.

Matcha milk tea is amazing and the staff is really nice. When I'm in the area again I will definitely be coming back here.
