Management & employees don't practice good customer service. They don't always follow through on customer requests.

Same complaint as everyone else. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from this place or these people. If you try to call with questions, you sit on HOLD for up to 20+ MINUTES!!! before they answer the phone.
