I was initially hesitant to check out a ramen shop in the middle of the mountains but this is definitely a gem (wouldn't call it a hidden gem as it's pretty easy to spot right on Hwy 140 in Mariposa).

the food was really yummy! cooked well, served quickly, decently hot. i would say it needed more salt. service was not the best. which is why three stars.
